From there we offer a free consultation to sit down with you and help find your target areas based on your specific needs. We will then set up a home search specifically modified to your criteria that we discuss. Once it’s set up you will then receive immediate updates whenever a new home is listed within your own criteria.

What can you afford?
One of the first steps we recommend to all our Buyer clients is talking to a lender.
Before you start with your wish list of where your dream home will be or what your “must have” features are, it is important to either be pre-qualified or fully approved by a Lender to know what price ranges you can start looking in for your new home.
Once you have a set price range we can better guide you through the home buying experience.

Personalized Home Search
After you have talked to a Lender and know what your numbers are we like to meet with our clients to discuss next steps and set up a personalized home search. In this meeting we will ask some of the following questions:
- What is your preferred location/neighborhood?
- What features in a home are you looking to find?
- How many bedrooms/bathrooms do you need?
- Is there a certain school district you are looking to move into?
- Is there any type of public transportation that you need to be near?
Based off the information you have given us we then input the criteria of your new home into our multiple listing service.
You will then receive immediate email updates whenever a home comes on the market within your set criteria.
