Claire is one of the patriarchs of the Francis Real Estate Group. She came as Tom’s first full time administrative assistant in 2015 and quickly learned the ins and outs of the Real Estate industry. During the early growing stages of the company, she kept her dad (Tom) organized and efficient, managing everything behind the scenes. She is responsible for developing and updating all our systems as well as training all new members of the team. She now works remotely since she lives out of state with her military husband and three beautiful children. Although we don’t see Claire around the office daily, the team would not run as smoothly without her and her early influence on our processes.
