Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Rose is a big fan of this area – particularly for its proximity to our Nation’s Capital and accessibility to the Appalachian trails. She came to work for us in 2021 to spearhead our Marketing Program and has been managing and developing it ever since. As you may have guessed, Rose is Tom’s daughter and as she says “I am loving the opportunity to be professionally mentored by my dad – who happens to be one of the best in the business.” One of her favorite parts of working as the Marketing Manager at Francis Real Estate Group is cultivating her love for art and creativity on a daily basis through our social media and various marketing campaigns.
